All cases and legal issues will be handled by Hong Kong registered lawyers. After a preliminary understanding of the nature of the case and work arrangements (and except for emergency situations), clients will be arranged to attend a preliminary meeting with lawyers at the law firm in Lippo Centre, Admiralty, Hong Kong during office hours, during which clients will also be required to have their identity verified, hand over of case materials (if any) and carry out other necessary procedures.
After completing necessary procedures, clients are also required to transfer or deposit the required service fees into the bank account of the law firm.
If you are detained
If you are already detained by a law enforcement agency, please ask the law enforcement officer to make a call at (852) 6848 1999 to contact Mr. Ng (Solicitor). At the same time, please ask the law enforcement agency to notify one of your relatives or friends of your current location, and ask the relative or friend to bring the necessary legal service fee to the location and wait for the lawyer to attend the scene.
